Small things matter. Importance of knowing people's names.

Imagine walking into the office and being greeted with a warm "Good morning, G'ishmat {your_name}!" It feels personal, right? Now imagine the reverse—being called “Hey you” or simply ignored. Knowing and using co-workers’ names might seem like a small thing, but it can profoundly impact workplace dynamics and overall job satisfaction. Here I can stop writing, you can stop reading, because you can get an idea of this post just reading the introduction)) Instead I will just share with you tips how to remember names:
- First, ask for his/her name don't be shy. This is important.
- Repeat it. If you know the name repeat it in conversation especially soon after being introduced.
- Associate. Link name with a visual, or with an image when you first meat. For example: Sariq-soch Gulchapchap. Buxgalter Eshmat.
- Write it down. Keep your notebook with you especially if you are in a new team.
- Ask again. Ask acquaintance's name every time when you forget it. It's OK, just believe me. Better late than ever.
